Two GPs scoop Queen's Service Medals in birthday honours list
A recently retired Methven GP honoured for services to rural health is most proud of all the babies he delivered. Recognised with a Queen's Service Medal, John McGettigan's citation catalogues his extensive contributions as a doctor and community member.
