arson accused Donna Joy Esma Mischeski began in the New Plymouth
District Court on Thursday.

The Horowhenua community is looking to do its part in welcoming
refugees to the district. Levin's Anglican, Uniting and Catholic
churches have united to host a meeting for the community on Wednesday
night. The Red Cross, which is responsible for helping resettle
refugees in New Zealand, will lead a presentation on their work with
the government programme.

though his council of nine cardinal advisors is pondering a sweeping
reform of the Church's central administration, in the meantime all

apply. As the pope put it, there is no "legal vacuum." The letter was
addressed to Italian Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the secretary of state,
with the request that Parolin inform everyone else ...
